AFDC DC Strategic Plan

The 2024-2028 Age-Friendly DC Strategic Plan builds on the findings from the AFDC 2018-2023 Strategic Plan Progress Evaluation Report. It aims to enhance the aging experience for all residents by improving the built environment, fostering positive attitudes towards aging, and ensuring lifelong health and security
